ELIZABETH JOHNSON is a Confidence Coach who works exclusively with women on building self-esteem and living their Authentic Self. An expert in women's self-esteem issues, Elizabeth is the founder of E. Johnson & Company and offers her highly acclaimed programs, Uncommon Confidence and Awaken Your Passion to female audiences nationwide. Her ezine, In The Pink, is published monthly.

E. Johnson & Company offers personal growth workshops & custom group programs, confidence mentoring, and more. Using interactive and experiential techniques, Elizabeth engages clients with her down-to-earth, honest style. She has been called an “exceptional coach” whose programs “inspire fabulousness, daring and confidence”. Formerly at Linkage, Inc, in Lexington, MA before starting her own company, Elizabeth co-created the hallmark program Coaching Leaders and was directly involved with its sales, marketing and promotion.
Prior to this role, she served as Program Manager for Linkage's hugely successful change management program Who Moved My Cheese? based on the book by Dr. Spencer Johnson. She honed her coaching skills at The Coaches Training Institute and holds a Bachelor's Degree from The University of Connecticut in Art History and Italian. Elizabeth is currently pursuing a Masters of Arts degree from Southern Connecticut State University in Women's Studies.
Elizabeth lives in Lakeville, CT. with her partner, Robert and their greyhounds. Elizabeth loves warm weather, red raspberries, pink Vespas and being told a good story. Elizabeth is currently researching a book on women and self-esteem.
